2. Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required upon acceptance of the invoice.
• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service or delivery of the product.
• All payments must be made in the agreed currency and within the specified time frame on the invoice.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds for cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Delivery of Services

We will make every effort to complete the services within the agreed time frame. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and other materials provided by us are the intellectual property of UTO TECH (PTY) LTD. Unauthorized use or distribution of our intellectual property is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

UTO TECH (PTY) LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

8. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website.

9. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information provided to us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

10. Confidentiality

All client information and project details are kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

We are not liable for any interruptions to the service that are beyond our control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, technical failures, or other unforeseen events.

In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue through informal negotiation before initiating any legal action.
